At RejuvXO, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. We understand that sometimes, you may need to make changes or cancel an order, and we are here to help. Please read the details below carefully to understand how cancellations and returns are handled.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, we immediately begin processing it to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. However, please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order is in the fulfillment process or marked as “shipped,” we are unable to cancel it.

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at sales@rejuvxo.com.

  • Provide your order number and specify that you are requesting a cancellation.

  • Our team will review the status of your order and inform you whether cancellation is still possible.

If we are unable to cancel because the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process (outlined below).


RETURN POLICY FOR SHIPPED ORDERS

If your pre-filled vial cartridge order has already shipped, we do not allow for returns of the product, unless it is due to a defective product, regulatory issue, or recall.

While we do not offer return of the devices, they do come with a full 2 year warranty. For device troubleshooting or replacement, please contact sales@rejuvxo.com
